Ubisoft E3 Press Conference

Two days ago E3, the greatest and most popular game convention in the world, opened the doors to the Los Angeles Convention Center. Ubisoft was the third to come to show off new products and services this first day of the E3. Ubisoft came to the event with 11 game for every taste and console, specially the most anticipated Ubisoft game this year Assassin's Creed 3.

The event started with a Just Dance 4 dance presentation with great dancers and with the presentation of FloRiDa. 

Then came sequel to the Farcry franchise with Far Cry 3. The trailer showed an open world adventure with silent attacks and shooting action on what looks like an island. The video is quite shocking as the game itself, with almost naked indian girl and psychotic effects, quite shocking but the game itself look awsome.

Next up was Splinter Cell Blacklist where they showed a great trailer showing a gameplay of a rescue mission.

Now comes Marvel Avengers Battle for Earth, an amazing game for Marvel superhero's fans. The trailer showed Wolverine fighting Venom in an alley on New York, while Spiderman and Storm were fighting Magneto, after magneto is defeated comes an alien invasion and the 5 super heroes, from the blockbuster movie of the same name, appear on a building rooftop ready to fight against any enemy. So fans of Marvel get ready for this game.

For the next five games Ubisoft focused on Nintendo's new upcoming consol, the Wii U. Ubisoft brings for this new console the games Rayman Legends, a game focused on the use of the touch screen of the Wii U Gamepad to move Rayman and pals through the Mario Bros. alike worlds. And then showed Zombi U a game just for the Wii U console and focused for hardcore gamers that like to kill zombies and run through a post apocalyptic city using the Wii U Gamepad as a device for scanning, hacking doors, etc. Apart from those Ubisoft presented a video showing other games coming for the Nintendo console like: Your Shape Fitness, Rabbid Land, Avengers Battle for Earth, Sports Connection, Just Dance 4 and Assassin's Creed 3.

Now what everyone was expecting, Assassin's Creed 3, the game that every fan from the assassin series is eager to get their hands on. This time the game came with a new trailer featuring Connor, the new Assassin, in the middle of a war for the USA revolution where the revolutionaries where retreating and he comes and aims to kill the captain from the British army since he is a Templar. He, by himself, kills almost the whole British army and pumps the revolutionary army to go back and attack, in the end he gets his kill. Just after that amazing trailer there was a gameplay where you hunt for meat from a deer, kill wolfs, jump from tree branches and get a mission to kill a general/captain from the British army just in a fort nearby and with explosions and agility the assassin gets his prey with nearly any effort, running pass soldiers and getting rid of soldier blocking the path. This is a must have game for anyone.

By now it's been 9 games that ubisoft has announced so far and 2 more to go before the conference ends and what best to start the end of the conference with pro gamers playing a shooting new game called Shootmania Storm. To present the game the Ubisoft team selected 2 pro teams, the Railgun Allstars and the all female team Rocket Angels, to compete on a 3-on-3 game where every players takes a turn against the other 3 players from the opposite team. The solo players has a ray gun which kills with one shot and the 3 players team all of them have rocket launchers, the aim is for the solo player to kill the other 3 or get to a check point in the map before getting killed by the other team. Every turn the solo players is one from the opposite team as to give every player a chance to play.

And to finish this Ubi left the newest project for last, it is the game called Watch Dogs Everything is Connected. imagine a world where literally everything is on the Net from smartphones to pcs and TVs, and you have the power to hack this interface and get every person's identity and social information from birthdate to who he/she works with. Well this game is that, your character has the ability to hack into phones, TV and data bases, you are something like a police of that global network and you have to eliminate treats. The game is a GTA look alike as of UI but the main plot is quite different. In my opinion a great game to have and enjoy.
